No Callout fee is applicable when and if a promotion is running in relation to any myreno handyman home maintenance work or quotes as advertised, providing a customer/client is available during the appointment for which a client or potential Customer may have arranged. No Callout Fee is applicable when arranging for an online quote only and cannot be used thereafter; NOTE any customer not honoring an appointment or failing to notify myreno Australia without prior cancellation notice of at least 48 hours shall be subject to a call out fee. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform us of any cancellation.

Invoice and/or quote policy Quotes are broken down at customer request when required to do so. We don't break down the cost, and specific detail of customer invoice or quotes after the job has been accepted and completed as per the original quote. If this is the case, there is a $190 fee to reissue a break down of the quote/invoice at your request. Particular details are indicated on quotes or invoice when a customer requests before the job commences or is accepted Cancellations without prior notice When you agree to book a job or onsite inspection, your appointment should be carried through to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees. If you do need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice so we may have time to allocate the time slot to another customer; doing this will not incur any such fees. Cancellations should not be made on the day or after inspections have been carried out. When a job has commenced, and you choose to cancel the same day or short period after, a cancellation fee is payable at the time of the cancellation. Cancellations fees of these or similar situations are $90. If you are uncertain about booking a job, it's best not to secure that timeslot. Please note that you agree to these terms and conditions when booking appointments.

Glass Breakage Note: Doors that require repair have many reasons they require servicing, especially glass door with wood frame or aluminium frames. Such issue as rot, weathering, damaged frame, incorrect paint /seal, incorrect installation, incorrect capacity hardware or just wear and tear over the years. As a result, when we are doing repair the door may need to be taken down so we may undertake repairs, when operating on glass doors, there is a real possibility that the glass panel can break, even though this is not something that often happens, If breakage does happen, you accept we aren't liable or responsible for the cost of replacing the glass or damage. If you don't agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use this service. There are many alternatives, such as grey army or hiring a hubby who can possibly assist instead.

Carpenters Builders and/or third party tradesman When any of the following Carpenters, Builders, Handymen or third party tradesman) are booked for a job and canceled without providing at least 48 hours notice a cancellation fee of $90 is charged for 4 hour.

(Late prices include $49 weekly administration fees) If your account is deem abandoned due to nonpayment or expiry period it shall be subject to further action in the event this occurs additional charges apply. All material remains the property of Myreno Australia until full payment is received. We reserve the right to repossess all materials; hence additional charges may apply. Repairable items/goods are specified in this quote and are to be undertaken only. Upon acceptance, you agree to these terms and conditions. We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellation for an appointment, failing to notify or cancellation without prior notice and/or abandoning a booking is in breach of our terms. All leads and/or works sent from Myreno Australia and/or requested by clients after that to our tradesman/handyman and/or third party contractors remain the property of MRA (Myreno Australia) at all times unless written agreement to terminate or remove a customer from our database has consented in writing. Altering of quotes invoices or monies owing including additional work carried without the full consent of MRA (Myreno Australia) is legally dealt with accordingly.

Inspections:
Located in Greater Dandenong, we strive to service most of Melbourne. Even though we provide a service around Melbourne, appointments outside our 25km (radius) zone will have a call-out/inspection fee payable on the day to book a job. The amount charged depends on how far we travel; for example, it can be between $1.50 and $ 2 per km traveled. We'll advise you of the call-out fee so you can cancel or accept the booking on the day. Free quotes apply online only. To receive your free quote, you must send picture/s of the issues needing repair and a brief description of each item, including the suburb. This method will allow us to look at the issues/s to quote more accurately. If an onsite inspection is required due to the job being a little more complex, we'll notify you, and you'll need to confirm the go-ahead before we book it. In such scenarios, a minimum $50 call-out fee applies.

Discounts:

All new/first time customers will automatically receive up to 15% discount at our discretion. This is only available at our discretion for such circumstances like hardship not being insured or a pensioner's. Please feel free to inquire for more information. inf@myreno.com.au Collection Expenses Interest: Interest on overdue accounts shall be charged at a rate that is 2% above the Company's prevailing bank overdraft rate. Interest accrues from day to day, from the day the Company issued the relevant invoice up to and including the day the relevant invoice is paid in full. Any amount of Interest, together with the outstanding purchase price is payable by the Customer on demand and, further; the Customer expressly undertakes to pay all such Interest and may also be calculated and charged at an average minimum 5% monthly from the day an invoice has been accepted, received or sent to a client at our discretion.Credit Account Supply and/or credit facilities may be suspended or withdrawn by the Company, in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice. The Customer agrees to pay on demand all sums owing in connection with a credit facility provided by the Company if such credit facility is suspended or withdrawn. Liability for accounts held in more than one name is joint and several.

Non Payment Policy

Delay or non payaments and/or abandoning an an invoice is a breach in our terms and conditions. False information is dealt with accordingly. We shall try resolving/fixing any matter before escalating it. If a client makes little or no real attempt, if any, to resolve the issue and we have already proceeded with an alternative action, you must pay all necessary fees on behalf of myreno Australia to recover the debt.
